Transcend announced the SSD430 storage disk, which is the latest SSD hard drive that is robust and in line with industry standards.

The new disk is powered by the SATA 3 port, which features a speed of 6 Gbps, providing fast data read and write speeds of 560 and 490 megabits per second, respectively.

Transcend added that the new disk has high reliability in the work “and elegant design with small dimensions.” The disk also provides technologies such as LDPC, ECC debugging code and advanced protection technologies, making it the ideal choice for industrial applications.

The new disk is based on MLC NAND 3-D Flash slides. The adoption of 3D chips increases disk speeds to record speeds of 560 megabits per second and 490 megabits per second for writing. Random data transfer speeds reach record levels 310 megabytes per second for read and 350 megabytes per second for writing.

The three-dimensional chipset is characterized by low power consumption and high reliability at work, suggesting that Transcend has designed the new disk to work for a long time with balanced performance with different types of data and applications. The disk is also suitable for industrial and programmable machines and industrial systems free from cooling fans .

Transcend has provided DDR3 DRAM and other SLC memory to speed up the read and write process, as well as advanced LDPC ECC data protection technology. The disk also features Sleep Mode to reduce power consumption, Power Shield, Intelligent Block Management technology, Global Wear Leveling and all these technologies are designed to enhance disk durability and reliability at work.

With this CD, Transcend offers SSD Scope Pro, an easy-to-use tool to monitor disk safety and help it work more efficiently in the long run. The software provides tools to display disk information and SMART to check the status of the disk, tools to check the disk of errors, the safe deletion of the contents of the disk, the index of the status of the disk, and a tool to copy the system, and a tool to monitor the disk remotely.

The new disk is available in different capacities of 120 and 240 gigabytes, and a three-year warranty from Transcend.
