Twitter Inc. is preparing to cooperate with Singaporean company to provide access to social network for users of phones that do not have the ability to connect to the Internet.

“Sumixe Menon, CEO of” U2opia “of Singapore, said that his company will use Twitter and receive updates via mobile phones are capable of accessing the Internet in emerging markets during the first quarter of next year.

“Menon” told by Reuters news that his company will provide the service in 30 markets of emerging markets and seven international languages, with translation updates available in the language of the country of service.
