Twitter gets patent on a user-controlled drone
Twitter seems to have plans to link drones to its social network, according received a patent that the company behind the site. It describes which users can control the drone, for example to take pictures with it.
Conscious patent obtained by Twitter in the US USPTO and describes a system for Twitter users to control a drone. These drone could be linked to the social networking site and can be controlled via messages; according to Twitter is that “democratically” to be done, which probably means that with a large number of users to ask for the same command.
The drone must include its possible to take pictures, to fly to other locations, or for lamps and speakers on the device on and off.
