Epic Games is working on support for Windows Phone and Windows RT in Unreal Engine 4. However, the actual implementation of this support is still far in the future. Unreal Engine 3 already supports Windows Phone and RT.
Time Sweeney, co-founder of Epic Games, states that the Unreal Engine Forum. He adds, however, quick to add that although Epic Games has the intention to add support, and they’re working, they are far removed from the actual release of these two platforms. For now, the company focuses on iOS and Android, due to the increased market share of these operating systems.
Epic made lately a lot of work to be Unreal Engine. Thus, in recent weeks support for Linux and OS Steam announced , prices for the use of the tools and engine lowered and is the fourth version of the Engine in Firefox demonstrated . Furthermore, Epic support the Oculus Rift last year announced .
