Users iOS apps can be up to 14 days of purchase money back
Apple has established new conditions for its App Store and thus it is now possible up to 14 days after purchase of an iOS app to get back the purchase amount. Customers do this no reason to give up. Competitor Google gives only a period of two hours.
The new conditions were among other 9 To 5 Mac noted . Customers in European countries receive under the new conditions significantly longer time to cancel their application purchases. Within 14 days of purchase may be canceled without any reason need be given, after which the user get back the purchase amount. Users are able to recover their money through the ‘report a problem’ pressing button in iTunes.
Also purchased iBooks, a period of 14 days in which customers can get their money back. Only purchases made with gift cards can not be canceled. Probably related to the new conditions with EU legislation that requires companies to give consumers their online purchases until 14 days after receipt to allow free return.
Google gives to the competitive Android only a 2-hour period in which application purchases can be canceled. This policy applies since September, even before customers had to return within 15 minutes of their apps. It is unclear whether Google will still adaptable conditions for the Play Store.Viewing:-189
