Valve: Steam users should reclaim purchase
Valve Steam users can now pay the purchase price if it appears that a game is not working properly. This is a new policy-page Tuesday put online. However, there are some caveats.
So the game must be purchased less than a fortnight ago. Also, it may be played more than two hours. Once these conditions can be met, players may as Valve with any reason reclaim the purchase price.
As for in-game purchases can Steam users within 48 hours of purchase get their money back, if it is a game developed by Valve itself. The purchased item may not be used, modified or moved. For games of its third-party developers, depending on the choice of the publisher, the same rules apply.
Furthermore, buyers get games that are not yet published, their money until the release back any time. Thereafter, according to Valve same rules as when a game is normally purchased; then again refund within fourteen days, and less than two hours of play time. Who finally has been banned in a game, never get his money back.Viewing:-145
