NAND Flash conversion process, Intel’s 25nm SSD will have its EOL it.

In the Intel 320 Series SSD announced the shutdown after the company’s 313,520,525 and 710 Series SSD also followed select Stop (End Of Life).

Quite rare for its 5 series Intel SSD released discontinuation notice, but this cut is mainly because 25nm NAND Flash has been fully converted to 20nm due, rather than products that are discontinued announced 25nm process.

Intel 313 series has a 20 and 24GB, using 25nm SLC particles, the main application is ISRT (Intel Smart Response Technology), has a 2.5-inch and mSATA both interfaces, the controller is Intel PC29AS21BA0.

Intel 520 series 60,120,180,240 and 480GB, uses LSI SandForce SF-2281 controller.

Intel 525 series covers the 90,120,180 and 240GB, the interface for the mSATA, and the controller the same as the LSI SandForce SF-2281.

The final is 100,200, and 710 Series 300GB, three capacities. This product lock enterprise users, the controller and the Intel 320 series of the same, but the firmware will vary.
