The ASUS Fonepad is quite successful attempt of the Taiwanese manufacturer to build an effective and at the same time ultra-portable tablet. The device has a 7-inch IPS display with 1280 × 800 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.2 gigahertz Intel Atom Z2420 single-core x86 processor. There are 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal flash memory on board and there is also a MicroSD card slot for memory expansion. This sits behind a flap at the top, and is housed next to the special feature of the Fonepads.

The device has more in spite of the low price of just over 220 euros a integierten SIM card slot, which ensures that you not only can access the Internet on the move via UMTS with the tablet, but is also placed in the position it to use phone calls. Sascha has also allowed the fun same time to keep the Fonepad ear to show what it looks like because when you make it 🙂
