Vine 2.0 released with Vine Messages for iOS and Android

Vine, the network with the 6-second videos, has its apps for iOS and Android missed a big update. The main point of the update are the VMs (no, that ye may teach you your Pokémon nothing). VMs are Vine messages and can be mailed directly to other users, although these are not publicly visible. You can also send to multiple users such VMs. This, however, can not start a group conversation, but individual conversations with each recipient. Also Vine Messages can be sent to users who are not members of the network. To this end, the sending via e-mail or SMS is available.

For Vine messages you do not even use your own video. You can also send video from the timeline via the Share button directly to friends. Also new is the adaptability of the profiles. Well, adaptability is perhaps a bit exaggerated, but at least can now change the background color of one’s profile from a small selection of colors choose.

Instagram direct messages had introduced a long time ago. Now Vine is the train. While I do not see the point really in a photo or video network, the other day I actually once used productively Instagram Direct messages. So it’s actually quite pleasant to have such a possibility everywhere. What do you think about the new Vine?
