Dutch Vodafone customers complain about problems with connecting to the mobile internet network. The provider’s web address indicates receiving notifications, but switching to 3g should work.

At Allestoringen , among other reports from Amsterdam, Utrecht and Nijmegen, network problems are reported. At Gathering or Tweakers , customers report problems with mobile internet in Apeldoorn and Ede, for example, which appears to be a national breakdown.

Vodafone Netherlands, via Twitter in response to a question, does indeed get reports about 4g problems. According to the webcare, switching to 3g should work, but that does not seem to be the case for everyone.

Update, 14.55 : Vodafone Netherlands reports to work on a solution. “We find that our customers experience problems with making a 4G connection, which has consequences for calling 4g and using data on the 4G network, although 2G and 3G networks are available. to set your phone to 3G via the network settings for as long as it takes. “
