WD SmartWare: update addresses issues with external data storage and OS X Mavericks

Western Digital has finally released an update to the WD SmartWare software. The company announced four weeks before that it can lead to data loss on WD external data storage when upgrading to Apple’s current operating system Mavericks. Reason for this fact was made up to this time not updated software from Western Digital.
