What you need to remember coming to the gym?
Most of us, getting out of your comfort zone, become clumsy and clamped people trying to achieve only one thing – that they are not paying attention. The first time coming to the gym, we go out of your comfort zone and get into another world, where we assume that all around us, and only the athletes themselves too thick or too thin, in general, do not like others.
