WhatsApp for Android: Payment via PayPal again in the app possible

WhatsApp, PayPal and Google Play is a subject in itself, because actually allowed on Google Play no external apps available cash for other contents of the app use. Not so with WhatsApp, which is now officially offering payment via PayPal again.

PayPal and Google Play seem to be a gray area, because after the beginning of the WhatsApp developers all PayPal links from within the app had to remove , is now apparently for days or weeks PayPal within the app again officially offered.

WhatsApp -> Settings -> Account -> Payment Info

But that is actually not allowed, because for Google Apps Play only the official Google Play payment methods are allowed. A recent example is the ROM Manager, which for PayPal flew from the Google Play Store .

According to the Guidelines states as follows:

Developers that offer virtual goods or currencies in a downloaded Google Play game must use as the payment method the in-app payment service of Google Play.
Developers that offer additional content, services, or features for other Google Play downloaded apps must use as the payment method the in-app payment service of Google Play.

More specifically, it is even with Google Wallet, is where quite clearly written that PayPal for Google Play can not be used.

PayPal can not currently be used for payments at Google Play.
