Windows update causes problems in Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 and 2013
Security update KB3097877 Windows causes Outlook 2010 and 2013 crashes when scrolling through emails. Also, there are reports of users who could no longer log on to Windows 7 machines. Microsoft has already patched the update.
The messages about not being able to log his re and the retrieve, but seem to be less frequent than the Outlook problems. Also do several stories about the Outlook problem. Some sources put it is because downloading external pictures in e-mails, others are talking about HTML in messages and others about scrolling through emails. Problems can arise when Windows 7 or 8.1. The update does not apply to Windows 10.
To remedy the login problems, users must first start in the console in the recovery environment from Windows, then the KB3097877- update must be removed. Machines that only have problems with Outlook, would now have offered a new version of the KB3097877 received, causing problems with Outlook must be rectified.Viewing:-122
