In 2013 Xiaomi posted a profit of 347.48 million yuan, converted 45 million on a turnover of 26.58 billion yuan, or 3.44 billion euros, as reported Reuters based on registered annual figures from the Chinese company. A spokesman for Xiaomi confirmed the accuracy of the figures.
The financial results for 2013 show that Xiaomi works with thin profit margins. The company knew the last few years especially to win a lot of ground in the smartphone market by selling high-quality devices at a competitive price.
