Yahoo will search for ‘smart’ Android Launcher
Yahoo has launched a new version of its Android launcher Aviate released. The program now includes a widget that can be searched directly on the web and in the contact list. For now it works only in English, but more languages to follow.
With Aviate an Android user can therefore now include directly on the Web. This is done through the search engine of Yahoo, so writes the company in a Tumblr post. Remarkably having to open a browser or search for a separate screen. In addition, the local contact list are searched with the app.
Yahoo released its Aviate launcher for Android last summer. This happened after the software in January bought and further developed. Aviate tunes the homescreen down on the time of day, location and user preferences. The launcher works only with Android 4.0 and higher.
Yahoo is trying to distinguish launcher from the competition by as many functions that people perform daily to get their smartphone on the homescreen. This allows users to work should be given the contact information of colleagues on the homescreen while Aviate route gives accurate information about traffic or public transport. Also gives the launcher to it as it is much warmer or colder in a given day than the previous day, so that users can dress accordingly.Viewing:-178
