ISP Ziggo is working on an app for iOS and Android that users must enable faults to their neighborhood. They can also find help with installations and answers to frequently asked questions via the app.

The application of the Dutch cable operator was momentarily found on the Play Store, but is again taken offline. In addition to malfunctions and FAQs users can also get information on activities and other reports that are relevant to them. Customers can also get some information in the form of videos. They can easily call the customer service via the app when the information in the application is inadequate.

Ziggo Service App is also in development for iOS, according to an App Store- page that is also found in the Google cache. If the app will actually be available, is not known. Earlier this month, mobile carrier Vodafone with a similar app.
