Ziggo subscribers Twente given a choice between Caiway and Cbizz

Ziggo users in Twente still get a choice in the transition to a new cable provider. Initially network administrator Cogas said that subscribers are obliged to switch to Caiway once Ziggo its service ended, but now they can also choose Cbizz.

The local news Maarkelsnieuws.nl did inquire with provider Caiway and was told that the current Ziggo users are still not mandatory in the Twente region to step over if they want to maintain their connection. It appears to be possible to have a subscription with Cbizz that both coaxial and fiber are offering services.

Therefore get approximately 10,000 Ziggo subscribers in parts of Twente still a choice for a new cable provider. Initially network administrator Cogas did know that there would be no choice once Ziggo from next year will stop its service. Caiway would only designated provider to take over the services of Ziggo. Why an additional choice are now being offered is unclear, but possibly it has to do with the criticism Cogas got.
