Ziggo will offer 500Mbit subscription to business customers – update




Ziggo is working on a plan with a download speed of 500 megabits per second. The subscription can only be purchased by corporate users; it is unclear if even home users can purchase the higher speed.

Ziggo Ziggo calls the speed of 500Mbit / s when presenting its quarterly figures. The subscription can already be ordered, and costs 119 euros per month. Higher download speeds coupled with an upload speed of 40 megabits per second, which is the same as for a 200Mbit subscription.

It is not yet clear if the higher rate of home users will be offered. Ziggo has announced that “working hard” but still inconclusive when that will happen. Previously revealed all Ziggo considered to offer a cable subscription with a speed of 500Mbit / s; The cable company already delivers a new modem to customers that supports the higher speed.
