Zotac provides Nano mini PCs Broadwell chips




Zotac has announced two new small Zbox Nano desktop systems. The manufacturer provides the mini-PC with a Core i3 and Core i5 of the Broadwell generation. They also include support for Wi-ac.

PCs with Broadwell chips are part of Zotacs Zbox Nano M-series small desktops. The systems have dimensions of 127x127x45mm. The specifications of the systems are identical, on the processor after. The MI522 Zbox Nano has an Intel Core i3-5010U while MI542 Zbox Nano has a Core i5-5200U. These are dual cores with a TDP of 15W, which are used primarily for laptops. Both feature HD Graphics 5500 graphics.

Users must provide the systems themselves of DDR3 and storage. They support up to 16GB DDR3, divided into two slots, and the storage medium must have a 2.5 “are prong. Furthermore, HDMI 1.4a, DisplayPort 1.2, Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 ac present, as well as four USB 3.0 ports and a USB 2.0 port.
